TERMS OF SERVICE

AIY-KO™ is a trading name operated by Sagit Bromberg, a sole proprietor registered in Israel (“AIY-KO™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://aiy-ko.com and any related content, features, products, checkout functions, communications, and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND PURCHASES BY MINORS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order or enter into a binding purchase agreement through the Services.
A parent or legal guardian may purchase a product for a teenager. Any use of the Services by a minor must occur with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
2. ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION
You may be asked to provide information when using the Services, including contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete and to update it when necessary.
If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly at support@aiy-ko.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors, proportions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing updates, or other factors.
Product measurements and size guidance are provided to assist with selection. Fit may vary based on individual body shape, measurement technique, adjustment, and personal preference.
We may update product descriptions, packaging, features, prices, or availability when reasonably necessary. We may also limit quantities, refuse sales intended for unauthorized resale, or discontinue a product.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s function are not necessarily defects. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. PRODUCT USE AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Information provided through the Services is for general product and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.
Our posture support product is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized care.
Use the product only as directed. Do not overtighten it or use it in a way that causes pain, numbness, restricted breathing, skin irritation, worsening discomfort, or another adverse reaction. Stop using the product if discomfort or an adverse reaction occurs.
If you have an existing medical condition, injury, persistent pain, circulatory concern, skin condition, or another health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by teenagers and for determining whether professional guidance is appropriate.
Individual experiences and results may vary. No customer review, testimonial, photograph, or statement should be understood as a promise that another person will experience the same result.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.
We may accept, decline, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Product unavailability;
• Pricing or listing errors;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• Payment failure;
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Unusually large quantities or suspected resale; or
• A violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you request a cancellation or change, we will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing has begun.
6. PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Services are in United States dollars.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Applicable taxes and any available shipping charges will be shown at checkout when required.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency-conversion, international-transaction, or other fees. Those third-party fees are not controlled by AIY-KO™.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order. Payment processing is provided by independent payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy notices.
We do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, processing estimates, delivery estimates, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy:

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, address problems, and other events may affect delivery.
We will comply with applicable requirements concerning shipment timing, delay notices, customer consent to a revised shipping date, cancellation, and refunds.
If we cannot ship within a promised period, or within the period required when no shipment time was stated, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Risk of loss remains with us until the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipment may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Returns, refunds, replacements, eligibility conditions, deadlines, and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or in our Return and Refund Policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND COUPONS
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product limitations, quantity limits, or eligibility requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• Discounts cannot be combined;
• Promotional offers have no cash value;
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
• Offers may be limited to one use per customer or household; and
• We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, or a clear technical error.
If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will control for that promotion.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their original content, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts, designs, logos, product presentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to AIY-KO™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
AIY-KO™ names, branding, logos, designs, and slogans are trade names or trademarks claimed by AIY-KO™. Use of the ™ symbol does not represent that a mark is federally registered unless expressly stated.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal and household purposes.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
• Copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content;
• Use our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation;
• Remove ownership notices;
• Create misleading or counterfeit product listings;
• Scrape or systematically extract website content; or
• Use our content to train, develop, or improve a commercial artificial-intelligence system.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you retain any ownership rights you have in that content.
You grant AIY-KO™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use the User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that:
• You own the User Content or have permission to submit it;
• The User Content is truthful and based on a genuine experience;
• It does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading; and
• You will disclose any material connection, payment, free product, discount, or incentive associated with the submission.
We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not required to publish every submission.
12. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Commit fraud or submit unauthorized transactions;
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or harm another person;
• Transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, spam, or unsolicited messages;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or protective measures;
• Collect personal information about others without lawful authority;
• Submit false reviews or misleading content;
• Use automated tools to place fraudulent orders or disrupt the Services; or
• Resell products in a misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful manner.
Reasonable use of ordinary search engines and accessibility technologies is not prohibited.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, or our legal rights.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may contain or rely on third-party services, applications, payment providers, shipping providers, review platforms, or links to external websites.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.
The inclusion of a link or integration does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.
Shopify provides our e-commerce platform, but purchases from our store are transactions between you and AIY-KO™, not between you and Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use the Services, place an order, or communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, receipts, shipping notices, policy notices, and customer-support responses.
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
16. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.
Product warranties, if any, will be stated expressly on the applicable product page or in a separate written warranty.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, condition, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIY-KO™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer remedy.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AIY-KO™ against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting directly from:
• Your unlawful use of the Services;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
• User Content you submit in violation of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
19. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disruption, carrier interruption, widespread network failure, epidemic, or supply-chain disruption.
This section does not remove any cancellation, notice, refund, or other right that applicable law requires.
20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, material violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the Services.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content, liability, disputes, and payment obligations.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection that applies under the law of the consumer’s place of residence and cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.
22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@aiy-ko.com and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to review and attempt to resolve the concern.
Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the competent courts located in Israel.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief where legally available.
23. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
24. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may transfer these Terms as part of a sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any specific terms displayed at checkout or for a promotion, form the entire agreement between you and AIY-KO™ concerning the Services.
If a specific written term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term will control for the applicable transaction or feature.
26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, our business practices, or applicable law.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date. Material changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless permitted by law or agreed by the customer.
