Who is the AIY-KO™ Posture Support Brace designed for?
The brace is designed for teens aged 14 and older and adults who want gentle, everyday posture support while studying, gaming, working, or spending time in front of screens.
How do I choose the correct size?
Use the Size Guide on the product page and measure carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help choosing, contact us at support@aiy-ko.com.
How should I start wearing the brace?
Start with 10–15 minutes at a time and gradually increase the wearing time as your body becomes comfortable with it. The brace should feel supportive, not painful or overly tight.
Can it be worn while studying or gaming?
Yes. It is designed for everyday activities such as studying, homework, gaming, computer work, and other screen-time routines.
Can it be worn at school?
Yes, as long as it feels comfortable and does not interfere with movement. We recommend starting at home for short periods before wearing it for longer activities.
Should it be worn over or under clothing?
For the most comfortable experience, we recommend wearing it over a thin T-shirt. It may also be worn under loose clothing if it feels comfortable.
Is the brace adjustable?
Yes. The adjustable straps allow you to personalize the fit and level of support. Do not overtighten the straps.
Is this a medical device?
No. The AIY-KO™ Posture Support Brace is intended for everyday posture awareness and support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
How do I clean the brace?
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Allow it to air dry completely before wearing it again.
What if the brace feels uncomfortable?
It may feel unfamiliar or slightly uncomfortable around the shoulders at first as your body adjusts to a new posture-support routine. Start with 10–15 minutes at a time and gradually increase wear time as it becomes more comfortable.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
